About the Operator of Gadgerba
Hello, I’m Itsuki (@saigalog), the operator of the blog “Gadgerba.”
The name “Gajerba” is a coined word combining “Gadget” and “Erba.”
“Erba” means “grass” in Italian.
I love nature, greenery, and plants, so I combined that passion with my love for gadgets to create the name.
The History of Gadgerba and Albero Works
Gadgerba is one of the websites operated by Albero Works.
Albero Works is a project run by me, Itsuki, and my wife, Nameko.
Besides websites, we are active on X, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
March 2019 – Started the miscellaneous blog Saigalog.
November 2019 – Saigalog reached 100,000 monthly page views.
December 2019 – Started the love-reality-show review blog Sakekoi (closed).
January 2020 – Launched the gadget and home appliance review blog Gadgerba.
October 2020 – Established Albero Works as the official operating entity.
October 2020 – Started the meal kit review blog Racucinare.
January 2021 – Gadgerba reached 100,000 monthly page views.
March 2021 – Changed the Gadgerba domain to gadgerba.com.
March 2021 – Updated Gadgerba’s icon and logo (designed by LOGOLO design).
February 2022 – Launched e-Slat, a blog introducing efficient diet methods using the latest gadgets.
April 2022 – Launched Meganerba, a blog solving problems related to eyeglasses.
September 2022 – Started Chobicom, “A little more comfortable living” radio, available on:
February 2023 – Launched the blog Chobicom (closed), “A little more comfortable living.”
February 2023 – Gadgerba ranked 4th in the A8 Media of the Year 2022 awards in the “Gadgets, Internet, Servers, Smartphones” category.
July 2023 – Launched Chocolaful, a sweets review site that fills both the mind and body with deliciousness.
September 2024 – Changed Gadgerba’s domain to gadgerba.jp.
February 2026 – Changed Gadgerba’s domain back to gadgerba.com.
